If you want to have more amenities, then you have to think of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gas Lines for Cooking<\/strong> \u2013 Be it a barbecue grill or a mini-kitchen area, you might have to spend up to $300 for gas line installation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audio<\/strong> \u2013 If you want built-in speakers in certain areas, you will have to spend about $250.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Covered Areas<\/strong> \u2013 installing covered areas, just in case the heat or sunlight may be too much, that might end up costing you about $300<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do take note that all these quotations are for DIY projects.
